Easy Turkey Gravy
Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
2 ½ cups turkey, chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup milk, 2% or whole
3 teaspoons dried minced onion
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until melted. Whisk in flour and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Whisk in broth, milk, minced onion and black pepper. Raise the heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Whisk constantly until the mixture thickens. The gravy will thicken as it cools a bit.
In a well-sealed container, store the gravy in the refrigerator until ready to use. To serve, microwave or warm the gravy over low heat until heated through.

In a well sealed container, the gravy lasts for several days and up to a week, in the refrigerator.
